The following statement was issued by Snow Hill Mayor Don Davis:
“I was extremely shocked and saddened to learn of the tragic death of Julius Graham,” said Snow Hill Mayor Don Davis. “It is important for the residents of our community to hear the call of Julius’ father. Let us remain prayerful. My deep-felt condolences go to the Graham family.”
