a. Mayor: Introduce a resolution honoring the Wade’s 50th wedding anniversary

b. Town Administrator:

1. 2007 Urgent Repair Program application submitted to the North Carolina Housing Finance Agency for $75K to assist with housing repairs (no matching funds)

2. Recommend that Town apply for 2007 North Carolina Parks and Recreation Trust Fund for improvements to the Community Center including a recommitment of $25K matching funds and reauthorization of the lease agreement
