NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS
Town of Snow Hill

Notice is hereby given that the Town of Snow Hill Board of Commissioners will hold public hearings in Town Hall, 201 N. Greene Street on Monday September 11, 2006 at 7:00PM or soon thereafter on the following matters:

1. Consideration of amendments to the Abandoned Structures Ordinance: Sec. 150.28 (D) Appeals from Orders of Inspector; Sec. 150.33 Enforcement of order; Sec.150.34 Violations; penalty; 150.35 Extraterritorial Provisions.

2. Consideration of amendments to the Zoning Ordinance: Sec. 3.02 Definitions; Sec 5.04 Nonconforming Structures; Section 11.05 Planning Board Review and Recommendation; Section 11.06 Required Notice and Public Hearing; Sec. 11.08 Protest Against Amendment; Procedural matters of the Planning Board and Board of Adjustment.

3. Consideration of establishing a Minimum Housing Code within the town and its extraterritorial area.
