Town of Snow Hill in Greene County, North Carolina

Now on display at the Museum is the exhibit “Intriguing Images by Audrey Kilgore.” The exhibit includes 21 pieces of artwork by the artist who is an assistant professor in the School of Art and Design at East Carolina University. The art images are formed by layers of photographs; each layer is transparent, opaque, or somewhere in between. The artist often creates a series of images. Works by Kilgore have appeared in a variety of art museums and galleries. The Kilgore exhibit comes to the Greene County Museum through a partnership with the Community Council for the Arts. “Intriguing Images by Audrey Kilgore” will be at the Greene County Museum through July 28, 2006. The Museum is open Tuesday-Friday, 10am – 5pm and Saturdays, 10 am – 1pm.
