1. Consider membership and designation of a representative in the Eastern Carolina Rural Planning Organization (RPO)
2. Introduce town and departmental organizational charts and recommend consideration by December 27, 2006 regular meeting
3. Introduce modifications to job descriptions and recommend consideration by December 27, 2006 regular meeting
4. Pursuant to Policy No. 1.0003, consider a public hearing for 9:00 a.m. December 27, 2006 to hear comments regarding the Town entering a Development Agreement with Ham Produce Co., Inc (developer) of “The Hamptons”

a. Consider a resolution to participate in the Eastern Carolina RPO and designation of Mayor Don Davis, in his absence Town Planner Bob Clark, as Snow Hill’s representative.
b. Set a public hearing, pursuant to Policy No. 1.0003, for 9:00 a.m. December 27, 2006 to hear comments regarding the Town entering a Development Agreement with Ham Produce Co., Inc (developer) of “The Hamptons”
c. Consider a closed session to discuss a personnel matter pursuant to NCGS 143-
318.11(6) and NCGS 143-318.11(4) to discuss matters relating to the negotiations of an economic development incentive
