A new addition to the First Family

(Snow Hill, North Carolina)—Snow Hill can add one more to its increasing population. Town officials announce the birth of Justin Donald Davis, who was born to Snow Hill Mayor Don Davis and Yuvonka (Shawnte) Davis.

Justin was born at 1:48 pm on March 21, 2006 at Pitt County Memorial Hospital in Greenville. He was born weighing 5 pounds and 15 ounces. His length is 19 inches. “I thank everyone for the enormous support and prayers,” said Snow Hill Mayor Don Davis.

According to reports from the family, the delivery was great. Yuvonka Davis is recovering and Justin is healthy. They anticipate being released from the hospital Thursday, March 23, 2006.

Davis was first elected mayor in 2001 and was re-elected to his second term of office in November 2005. Justin is their second child. They have one seven year old, Ryan.
